COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak within the UK, we took the decision to close our office and enable remote working from home for all staff, as directed by the British Government. The office has been closed since Friday 20th March 2020 to ensure our the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

As a company we are fortunate to have been operating a cloud based system for 5+ years already, meaning most of our services remain unaffected during this time of rapid change. Additionally all our phone systems have been diverted so please feel free to contact us using the usual number 01489 565920. Our emails are 100% operationally and probably the best form of communication during this time as our diverted phones can become overwhelmed.

BUSINESS AS USUAL

Whilst following the advice from Government and Public Health England regarding social distancing, person hygiene we are able to fully fulfil the following services as usual:-

✔ Sales Enquiries

✔ Customer Support

BUSINESS RESTRICTED

Currently we are unable to deliver the following services and 100% ensure the safety of our staff and maintain the Government social distancing guidelines. We therefore regret the following services are cancelled until further notice.

✘ Air Permeability Testing

✘ Ventilation Extract Testing

✘ Acoustic Testing

✘ All Site Inspections

✘ All Meetings

✘ Cash & Cheque Banking

HOW OUR CUSTOMERS CAN HELP US

During this time we ask if our customers and clients could help us by taking into account the following requests:-

✔ Please email where possible and only call when necessary as we only have limited lines

✔ Please send payments electronically via BAC

✔ Please arrange any payments promptly to ensure they reach us within the agreed payments terms

✘ Don't send cash or cheque payments as we are unable to process these and visiting the bank is unessential when internet and telephone banking is available 

✘ We are unable to take debit or credit card payments during this time

✘ Don't visit the office as it is closed

✘ Don't post drawings or information to the office
