Extra Care Apartments | Westgate, Chichester

Our partners, Highwood Construction are the newly appointed main contractors for the new extra care apartments in Westergate, near Chichester. The project boasts 60 units for extra care residents and includes communal dining and living areas as well as offices for the onsite manager and staff.

After instruction, BEAT Solutions reviewed the project specification and provided Highwood with a full overview of compliance solutions and costs.

They had based their build price on information provided by others. We were able to provide Highwood with an alternative compliance solution which saved in teh region of £20,000 on material costs.
