New House in Mudeford, Christchurch

BEAT Solutions assisted long terms clients Forays Homes, to deliver a full suite of energy & sustainability services on the this beautiful new home. Initial working with design team at Foryas Homes we provided SAP10 Calculations and TM59 Dyanamic Modelling to address Part O Overheating requirements.


Additional we supported the design team with Water Efficiency Calculations to ensure the water fixtures and fittings were compliant with Part G. Upon completion of the project our Air Testing team conducted onsite air permeability and Extract Vent Testing services.
