Working closely with prestige developers Alfred Homes, we produced SAP Calculations to help them comply with 19% over current Building Regulations targets, together with Water Calculations for compliance with Part G of Building Regulations.

Upon completion, our onsite testing engineers did provide the Air Permeability Testing and Ventilation Extract Testing Service to assist with Building Control’s final inspection and certification.
