Founder and current managing director of BEAT Solutions, Darren continually drives the business forward developing new ideas to keep BEAT Solutions at the forefront of energy & sustainability compliance. His experience and knowledge extends overs 20 years and his reputation within the industry is unparalleled. 

Areas of expertise include SAP Calculations, Passive House Design, Airtightness, Ventilation best practice, Psi Values and Thermal Comfort.

Sophie supports housebuilders and developers with Water Efficiency calculations and Part F ventilation compliance checks. Additionally Sophie works on complex geometry and modelling projects. Specialising in Sketchup, Sophie prepares 3d energy models for SBEM and TM59 simulations and further analysis by the BEAT Solutions team.

After completing her Master’s degree in Sustainable Design at Southampton Southern University, Molshri joined us in 2024. With a strong foundation in design, AutoCAD and dynamic simulations, Molshri plays a pivotal role in our thermal modelling analysis and energy modelling projects.

Scott looks after all our sales and quoting for new and existing customers. Looking closey with our clients, Scott ensures all our clients are fully prepared for all of the planning requirements and ensuring compliance with building regulations on thier upcoming projects.

A long established, qualified and experienced energy and sustainability assessor for both residential and commercial projects. Scott has been a part of BEAT Solutions team since 2012. His ability to work closely with clients and their design team, ensures every project achieves compliance in the most cost effective way. 

Scott is also qualified to provide Air Permeability & Extract Ventilation testing.
